One Ok Rock Meets MCR

This is going to take a little bit of explanation.

~fiVewire has been driving me around in the Gran Tourino while we babysit a couple of Crossfire's kids, and she likes to blast MCR all the time.

Well...today, I get in the car and I hear something that sounds very much like MCR, but was much too poppy sounding. When I asked her, it turned out to be her last music obcession, Japanese Rock band One Ok Rock.

The lead singer, Taka, sounds a lot like Gerard, but has a higher pitch and sings in broken english or Japanese. He also likes to pull faces in most of the group pictures taken of the band, which reminds me a lot of what Gerard seems to do.

It could be a perfect picture of the rest of the band, but then there's G/Taka, pulling a weird face or showing a compleatly different emotion than the other guys.

Then Fivey told me that One Ok Rock cites My Chemical Romance as one of their influences and that they're friend on myspace xDD
